Kim Lowe, the leader of the JUX Transactional Team, is a Uniform Law Commissioner and a member of the LLC and Partnership Committee of the Business Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the committee that drafted the Chapter 322C. In her role as a Senior Business Attorney, Kim partners with entrepreneurs, executive management, boards of directors, multi-generational families, shareholders, and investors on all aspects of the business life cycle.
