Job Opening: Event Coordinator

Our dynamic and growing law firm is looking for a full-time Event Coordinator. This position is based in our Plymouth office.


  • Plan 40+ Estate Planning Seminars annually
  • Handle registration and sign-ups with our clients at each event
  • Follow-up via phone with event registrants
  • Track and report on event ROI
  • Conduct in-house direct mail campaigns
  • Coordinate large direct mail campaigns with mail house
  • Coordinate projects with marketing vendors (graphic design, printer, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM and run reports/queries


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years event planning experience
  • Ability to work at events 25-35 evenings and 15-20 weekends
  • Comfortable greeting guests at events
  • Experience in a small business (under 100 employees)
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
  • Friendly, positive personality
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Flexible, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well and engage a team
