This firm represents [FORMER TENANT] in the above referenced matter. As you know, [FORMER TENANT] rented your property at [TENANT’S FORMER ADDRESS]. [FORMER TENANT] provided you with his forwarding address on [DATE], [DATE], and [DATE].
