The Minnesota CEO & Business Owner Conference features some of Minnesota’s best business speakers, offering best in class thinking for company leaders.
As CEO, you understand the need to occasionally step back from daily operations and refocus on what matters to you and your company.
This is one morning of exceptional insights and practical, relevant messages to help you keep your eye on strategies to stabilize and grow your company.
Leadership + Management = Accountability
One of the trickiest parts of leading a company is managing unpredictable, fallible people when we ourselves are unpredictable, fallible people.
Building from the fundamentals of Gino Wickman’s Entrepreneurial Operating System, these expert speakers will focus on advanced topics and insights, helping you overcome complex challenges you face in taking your teams to the next level:
Vision – Traction – Healthy
Vision is getting everyone in your company on the same page and moving in the same direction. Not only with where you’re going, but how you are going to get there.
Traction is execution, results, making things happen. It’s the feeling of winning the race with ease. “Vision without Traction is hallucination.”
Healthy is being a cohesive Leadership Team, all working together for the greater good of the business. This often is the hardest to accomplish, as it takes being open, honest, and vulnerable.
In the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) we use these tools and concepts to help small to mid-sized companies break through the ceiling and achieve the Vision they imagine. Three words: vision, traction, healthy. By instilling these into your business, you will begin to achieve real simple results.
Leading in the White Space
As a leader in your organization, you want to produce consistent, predictable results. But the people responsible for those results (including you) can be impetuous, spontaneous, inconsistent, emotional, and unpredictable. They can misunderstand one another and they can have conflicting needs and priorities . . . none of which means they aren’t capable or trustworthy.
Leading in the White Space explores “The Process of Leadership” and will help you:
• See the blind spots that limit your success
Do you ever wonder if the people who’ve left your company could have been successful if only they’d had a different leader? Have you ever been mystified to see one team achieve tremendous results while others can’t get out of first gear? Does your company seem to muddle through the same issues over and over?
Then register for the 2015 CEO & Business Owner conference. Leading in the White Space will provide you with a game plan for diagnosing and resolving your toughest people issues.
