Todd A. Taylor

Todd combines an approachable style with a deep understanding of the legal, technical and financial nature of his client’s business. This integrated approach helps Todd provide practical advice when his client needs it. Todd stays highly connected to his clients and believes they deserve the best customer service he can provide.

Todd works closely with entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporations on a variety of legal and business needs, including public and private financing options, entity formation and seed capital, angel and venture capital, critical contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, board and executive governance matters, and compliance with corporate and securities laws. Todd also advises companies in business strategy and corporate law. He helped draft the Minnesota Securities Laws, including MNvest and rules on finders.
